SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping

We can ship to almost any address in the world. Our courier will not ship to a post office box so please provide a physical address. For orders outside Australia, the UK, Ireland, the US or Canada, please see International Orders below.

Delivery Time

We ship out on average within 48 hours. You should receive your package in the countries mentioned above within 4-8 business days of shipment. When you place an international order (as described above), we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Cost

Shipping costs for orders from The GAMSAT Store is $5 US per item. Orders of $100 or more ship free. Please see below for International Orders.

Guarantee

We guarantee that we have, to the best of our abilities, determined the accuracy of the information presented in our listings. We do not accept returns and we do not provide refunds. If there is a problem with any of our products, we will do our best to resolve the issue.

International Orders 

International orders (outside Australia, the UK, Ireland, the US or Canada) ship out on average within 48 hours. There are 2 methods for shipping any order ranging from 1 product to 7 separate products: $20 US for regular delivery (4-12 weeks) and $40 US for express delivery (4-10 business days). As a free bonus to our international clients, we will provide free temporary online access to your videos from The GAMSAT Store while you await your shipment.
